Looking for something to do these Easter school holidays? Join us at Singleton Golf Club on Thursday 9th April for a friendly 9 holes of golf designed specifically for kids aged 6-12. It’s a great opportunity for young golfers to enjoy the game in a relaxed, fun environment while making new friends.

Whether your child is new to golf or already has some experience, this event welcomes all skill levels. The Golfy provides the perfect setting for kids to develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the outdoors during the school break. It’s a fantastic way to keep them active and engaged over the holidays.

Other Junior Golf Events Around the Hunter

Can’t make it to our event? There are several other junior golf opportunities across the Hunter region during the Easter holidays. Kurri Golf Club is hosting a similar event on Monday 13th April, followed by Scone Golf Club on Friday 17th April, and Branxton Golf Club on Monday 20th April. It’s wonderful to see so many local clubs supporting junior golf development.

Junior Open Coming in October

We’re also excited to announce that we’re working on a formal Junior Open to be held during the October school holidays. This event will be specifically for our juniors with handicaps, providing a more competitive opportunity for our developing golfers. Keep an eye out for more details as we finalise the arrangements.

These junior initiatives are part of our ongoing commitment to fostering the next generation of golfers in our community. We can’t wait to see the kids out on the course enjoying the game we all love.
