Fresh New Menu at Rita’s Bistro

Rita’s Bistro Singleton has launched a fresh new menu, offering an exciting range of dishes to suit every taste. From classic entrees to hearty club favourites, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at the bistro.

Entree Selection

Start your meal with delicious options including Bruschetta at $17/$19, featuring grilled sourdough topped with tomatoes, crumbled feta, fresh basil, olive oil and balsamic glaze. The Herb-Parmesan Crumbed Chicken Tenderloin ($19/$21) offers crispy herb and parmesan crumbed chicken tenderloins served with lemon aioli.

Seafood lovers can enjoy the Salt & Pepper Squid (G.F) at $20/$22, with shallow fried squid served with sweet chilli mayo, red radish and fresh herbs. Vegetarian options include the Vegetarian Arancini at $20/$22, with pumpkin and leek risotto arancini balls served with truffle mayo, herb garnish and parmesan cheese.

Other entree highlights include Beef Nachos (G.F) at $23/$25, with beef mince cooked with five-bean mix, melted mozzarella, sour cream, guacamole, pickled cabbage and parmesan. The Chicken Spring Rolls (6pcs) are $21/$23 and feature pulled chicken, cabbage and corn rolled in asian pastry served with homemade sweet chilli sauce and toasted sesame seeds.

Club Classics

The Club Classics section offers satisfying mains with the option to add mash and veg for $5. Try the Chicken Schnitzel at $23/$25, featuring homemade panko crumbed chicken breast fillet with chips, salad and your choice of sauce. The Chicken Parmigiana ($26/$28) is a home-made schnitzel with double smoked ham, napolitana sauce and mozzarella cheese served with chips and salad.
