Young Gun Takes Out Monthly Mug
Congratulations to Eli Smith on winning the February Gromor Monthly Mug at Singleton Golf Club. The young gun did it in style with an impressive score of 62 nett and 4 over par 73, showcasing the kind of form that suggests his 11 handicap won’t last long.
Eli’s victory is a testament to his dedication during the school holidays, with all that practice clearly paying off. It’s fantastic to see young players putting in the work and reaping the rewards on competition day. His performance was outstanding and sets a high standard for the year ahead.
Strong Field of Competitors
Second place overall went to B Grade Pennant Captain Kyle Bailey, who topped off a great week of sport between his cricket and golf commitments. Kyle’s consistent performance across multiple sports demonstrates his athletic versatility and competitive spirit.
Third place overall was claimed by our 2025 Club Champion Brady Hay, adding another strong result to his impressive year. The quality of the field made this a highly competitive event, with some of our best players all vying for the top spots.
