Congratulations to Bobby Morrissey who took out the Vets July Monthly Mug today with a fine score of 68 nett. It was a well-deserved win for Bobby, who has been honing his skills in a unique and heartwarming way.

Bobby attributes his success to taking his grandson James to our Tuesday afternoon kids clinics. While supporting young James in developing his golf game, Bobby has been learning a few tips himself along the way. It’s a wonderful example of how spending time with family at the club can benefit everyone involved.

The Men’s Veterans Stroke Monthly Mug competition was held on Monday, 29 June, and Bobby’s performance stood out among his fellow competitors. His dedication to improvement and the joy of sharing the game with his grandson has clearly paid off.
